Reassurance Contact is a program of Contact the Crisis Line of Jackson, Mississippi that seeks to meet the special needs of people who are elderly or physically challenged and living alone, by placing a regular phone call every day at a pre-arranged time to those individuals...

to check on the client's well-being.
To affirm that someone does care, by sharing a few minutes in friendly conversation.
To provide emergency follow-up if needed.

There is no charge to the person being called.

Contact the Crisis Line is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Mississippi. It is supported by contributions from businesses, charities, churches and individuals. All donations are tax deductible.
